Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won’t meet me until your inspection appointment--after you've hired me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. One thing that’s certain is that a home inspection requires a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.

New construction buildings are in the hands of many different trade companies. Installation defect can exist that deviate from the building standards and plans or the manufacturer’s installation documentation. Our new construction inspections go far beyond that of municipal building inspection to identify issues that should be resolved prior to closing on your new home or business.
Your standard swimming pool inspection will include an above water condition assessment of the pool shell, decking areas, and all plumbing and filtration equipment. For older pools or pools losing water, an in-water assessment may be beneficial to identify areas that may be leaking water.
Don’t be surprised by hidden issues that lurk under the water. Dock and seawall inspection are performed in-water by a certified master SCUBA diver to assess all underwater structures including piers and pilings, sheet pile, rock, and concrete seawalls, and boat ramps and lifts. Our divers are technically trained in dock and seawall construction and experienced in boat traffic environments to ensure a safe, in-depth assessment.
