Repeat air quality testing and surface samples to ensure all mold have been removed. Schedule an independent mold assessor to perform Post Remediation Verification testing.
Remove all containment and air filtration devices from the property and provide a Post-Remediation Clearance Certificate and final remediation report to client.

Mold remediation can be completed in a quickly as a few hours, or take several days. The length of time depends highly on the scope of work and the degree of contamination. Remediation projects typically should not begin until the all wet materials are dry and all sources of water intrusion are eliminated. This can add to the length of time for total remediation.
Whether mold returns is highly dependent on the condition of the environment and whether underlying conditions were corrected. Once mold remediation is completed, mold should not return unless moisture continues to be present in the space. Our assessments will include recommendations or repairs to correct any water inputs to prevent future growth.
Typically mold contamination is isolated to specific locations or areas of buildings. Our team will install containment to prevent the spread of mold to other areas and limit the need to remove people from the building. In the event of heavy contamination, clearing of the entire building may be necessary. Any needs to vacate will be discussed during the initial assessment phase.
A mold assessment needs to be performed prior to beginning the remediation process. Testing however may not be necessary depending on the extent of contamination. Our team will perform baseline testing during the setup process for remediation and those costs will be included in the remediation cost.
Post-Remediation Verification testing will be required to be performed to obtain your mold clearance certification. This testing will need to be conducted by an independent mold assessor not associated with our team to ensure non-biased testing results. We can arrange this service or you can obtain your own assessor. This is an additional cost since our team is not performing this service.
Mold removal costs depend highly on the extent of contamination and the processes we need to utilize to completely remove all mold.
For small projects under 10 sq. ft. that do not require any removal of materials, our services start at $490. For projects that require containment, air filtration, material removal, and multiple days of on-site work, quotes can be provided with an no cost, no obligation site visit.
